ESC MEMBERSHIP

Practically all major players in the Indian Electronics and Software export arena are members of ESC and have been greatly benefited in increasing the export of their products and have been able to successfully develop partnership, collaborations and joint ventures with foreign companies which is a result of various services that are being provided by the Council.

ESC will be pleased to assist you in tailoring a suitable strategy for your product range. In order to make this happen and to have a more purposeful interaction we recommended you to enroll yourself as a member of this Council by completing the registration formalities.

Guidelines

–	Applicant must be made on prescribed forms and should be submitted directly to this Council. duly filled and signed by authorised signatory.
–	Application for registration and membership must be typed. preferably individually. Hand written forms shall not be accepted.
–	After receipt of your application duly complete in all respects, a period of three weeks will be required by the council to process and finalise your case. Therefore kindly file your application complete in all respects keeping a margin of three weeks period.
–	Essential documents required to be submitted with the application:

–	Copy of Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) Number issued by 0/0 DGFT.
–	Confidential report from your Bankers regarding your financial/credit worthiness.
–	Declaration to the effect that neither the firm nor the proprietor/any partner/any director of the firm has been debarred/blacklisted by any Govt. Department
–	Four copies of list containing name, residential address and telephone number of Partner/directors of the company.
–	Copy of the partnership deed/Trust deed/copy of Articles and Memorandum of Association of the company.
–	If registration is required as a manufacture export, a photocopy of the evidence indicating that applicant is manufacturer. (Copy of SSI registration certificate/SIA approval/MOU acknowledgement/100% EOU or EPZ board approved letter etc.)
–	You are also requested to forward your Company profile (typed) on the Performa enclosed.

Instruction for filling up the forms

–	Separate RCMC forms are required to be filled to be filled in for manufacturer & merchant exporters.
–	Items proposed to be exported and for which registration is sought must be mentioned specifically.
–	Only Part of Registration-cum-membership Certificate forms are to be filled in quadruplicate by the applicant.
–	If manufacturer the items for which registration sought must be mentioned in the manufacturing evidence.
